It sounds like a thoughtful gift to me. I don't get the fuss.

Default Such Thoughtful Gifts! Obama gives Queen an iPod

First he gave Brown DVD's that didn't work and now he gives the Queen of England an iPod. But this was no ordinary iPod, this one he autographed for her! This man is beyond crass.

Does he have his illegal Aunt working as his Gift Manager?

He is an embarrassment.

He is an embarrassment to someone who looks to Sarah Palin for political wisdom and Joe the Plumber for intelligent and thoughtful analysis.

And, IPod's are indispensable to those of us who podcast, listen to music, or store photos on them. An excellent gift which once again shows that intellect is back in the White House, replacing the moron frat boy who truly was a disgrace to the office.

I know that is was personalized, which is extremely thoughtful imho, but I have not seen that he autographed it. (although the Queen gave him an autographed photo) Do you have a link to your statement?

Ok, I think that everyone knows by now that I am an unabashed Obama supporter but I'm think that a new head of state gift picker might be in order. Nothing against senior citizens (I understand from my mail that I am one myself) or monarchs as the case may but I know that if I gave my 84 year old mother-in-law an iPod she would seriously question my sanity.

First of all, I was never a Palin supporter. Why do you have to always attack either Bush or McCain, etc. Can't you stay on topic?

An iPod is a nice gift for a kid, a student, or a parent, but a Queen?Something tells me she is not podcasting or rocking out. I repeat my earlier comment. Crass, very crass!
