Republicans are just ill. This reminds me of on how the day after Obama's election, Limbaugh was on the air mocking the I have a dream speech.

Glenn Beck did not compare himself to MLK and Rush did not mock MLK's speech.
If you watch the video he made reference to the speech by quoting the most famous part of it and then added his dream. That is honoring MLK. It in no way implies that he puts himself on par with MLK. It doesn't even make sense to say that it did. MLK was about Civil rights. Beck was rallying against stupid people and liars.
He was making a point about people like you that make things up and then get outraged about it.
