This is a bit difficult to believe. If the cops showed up at a crime scene and a black guy was actually in possession of a loaded gun they'd have called in an air strike.
He had a concealed weapons permit and did not try to hide fact from police. Even though he threatened me with a gun I didnt back down, I figured the woman getting away was more important.
But he was the one hitting the girl...I only took him to the ground and made sure he stayed there.
not sure if its legal but I have a friend that is a Marine and one that is an army ranger, they have taught me a few moves.
On another thread, I was surprised to learn that a lot of straight white guys feel that they feel like a minority or that society is biased against them.

Oh how you assume to much.
We use the quota system. In other words we hire regardless of qualification. We need X amount of females we hire whatever females apply.
We need Y amount of minorities they get hired regardless of qualification.
We work a 12 hour swing shift on concrete. Often the females and minorities hired are physically unfit for the job. Or they come from a background where they have 0 experience and no mechanical ability.
In short they are a burden to whatever team they are assigned to. Add to this we are expected to get them trained and promoted ASAP demonstrated ability is not a factor.
That discriminates against those who can actually do the job and do it well.
As for the teeny 5%? If its not such a big deal why do they need it? If they are equally skilled why do they need it?
You can try to justify discrimination all you like but that will not make it right.
My last job in PC Corporate America had me (an auto mechanic) working for a black manager who had no idea what I was talking about 99% of the time. This, never the less, in no way deterred him from shooting me down because he felt that I, an ASE certified master mechanic and advanced provability specialist with many years of dealership experience and factory training, didn't know what he knew. A few months after I left, they closed down. I have to assume because they simply couldn't keep mechanics. That's AA in action.
