I swear, I was getting a little worried about him.

We live in a country that elected GWB TWICE!!

I was concerned that something might happen with one or more of the other candidates and Newt might surface with the nomination.

Well..............lol!!

I'm no longer worried.

Apparently, Newt thinks that Spanish is the "language of the ghetto". He said it, clear as day. He might very well have beaten Howard Dean's record for destroying a campaign with the jawbone of an ass.

Did any of you see this? lol. YAY!!!

One more disaster averted

Don't get too excited, this will only make him more attractive to many.

And you know he has the family values crowd, he'll keep on trying 'til he gets it right

The man just revealed himself to be a bigot, lol. I don't have THAT much faith in people, but I do have enough to believe they'll keep someone like that out of office.

Let's not even talk about his affair, a subject that tweaks the right-wing somethin' fierce.

Yeah, I think we're in a Newt-Free zone right now

Yes, I read it! But like burdell I wonder how it will affect his standing among his followers--which are many!

Well, we cross-posted, Yap City, and I hope you are right!

Much ado about nothin YAP! Sure he will be called a racist bigot from the left but they already hate him any way. Newt is a pretty smart guy and he is used to the media hating him, they will try to make something of it this week, Newt will explain himself possibly apologize and move on! He doesnt say alot of things on accident! He was never going to be elected anyhow!

How does a man who married his high school geometry teacher have the family values crowd? I could see getting the creepy crowd, but the family values crowd?

Obviously not a stellar moment for Newt. Of course he has a valid point (voting in English) which has been overlooked because people are jumping up and down with glee over his faux paux. And I agree, who has he turned off? The democrats? They were never going to vote for him anyway.

A few weeks ago a democrat stated that Barak Obama was the first "clean articulate" African-American to run for office. Now why weren't the democrats up in arms about that? That sounds equally offensive to me. And I don't think Rev Al was too pleased either.

I think we all know the answer to this.

He's on wife number 3, he's obviously so dedicated to family values that despite his illicit affairs he'll keep trying to form a family unit until he gets it right, no matter how many tries it takes. THAT's dedication !

Actually, everyone was "up in arms" about the Obama slur. It's all over media land and has probably ruined that candidate's chances. Ah, I just double checked: Biden was slammed royally in "all" the leftist, progressive press!
