Funny that the president is responsible for every word said on that podium by other people.
I bet that rule wasn't applied from 2000-2008
Had any speaker said anything slanderous about anyone black during the Bush administration at one of these functions, they would have been ousted in a minute.
Your the one that gets all dramatic about gay comments. We all have different things that get our blood boiling. Mine is when people wish death on others. Yours is when anyone offends gays.
Well, an attack on gays is like an attack on me personally because its an innate characteristic. It's natural to have a strong reaction to things like that.
Anyway, I don't think I get that dramatic over the gay stuff, and if I do, well, what do you expect from a gay guy? Seriously, our brains are wired to make us more emotional and sensitive, so that's my excuse. I can't get over it, but you'll have to deal with it.
I didn't know wishing death on people was part of "comedy." There's clean comedy, and then there's comedy where people actually believe the crap that comes out of their mouth.
I'm a lot more concerned about the stuff from right-wing radio than I am from a comedian who was obviously doing a comedy routine. Geez.
Here's an example of what incites people to violence. It's not comedy:

Saying something about a black person and making a racist comment are two very different things. Wanda said things about the black male President, the white male Vice President, the white female Sec. of State, the black female First lady, a white female moron governer and overweight drug addicted comedian.

I think she was fair
The difference is she didnt wish Obama "death" in the "name of comedy."
