The point here is it is MAXIM. This is a magazine I had a subscription to in my dorm room. The target market is not going to find Michelle Obama to be hot. And Maxim is about hot Women with or without children. Preferably without for me.

MAXIM is a business and what better way to increase your TARGET MARKET than have the First Lady (who many consider beautiful on your list)..You think "feelers" like yourself are actually going to stop because of one name on a list? Nope..They'll simply sell more magazines to broader section of "feelers".
