The conservative extremists on this forum won't be happy about this.
Looks like the anti-gay crowd is losing even mainstream conservatives and regular churchgoers.
From Gallup:
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans are six percentage points more likely than they were four years ago to favor allowing openly gay men and lesbian women to serve in the military, 69% to 63%. While liberals and Democrats remain the most supportive, the biggest increase in support has been among conservatives and weekly churchgoers -- up 12 and 11 percentage points, respectively.
It's good to see that even Southern conservative Republicans now favor abolishing Don't Ask Don't Tell.
I guess the homophobes (yes, they are afraid of gays, regardless of what they say) will continue to hyperventilate about this issue, even after the ban has been lifted.
Just wait until the real blacks and latinos (not this Obama-puppet type stuff) rule this nation.....they are totally against gays.
I think most gays in this country are lost-soul-Whites anyway. The demographics are well skewed towards Whites having the highest % of homosexuality. Is this nature or nurture?

It's real simple: Every law-abiding, tax paying citizen of this country should be treated equally. You don't have to agree with it. I don't agree with organized religion, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have the right to practice their beliefs as they see fit just because I don't like it.
I know that any news about gays makes some people upset. It is news because all of the media is covering it - including right-wing media.

Oh, right. I'm sure the 95% of blacks who voted for Obama are all "puppets" and the "real blacks" are just around the corner, waiting to take over.
You'll probably be disappointed to learn that most young Latinos voted to keep same-sex marriage legal in California. Don't count on them to save your anti-gay agenda.

This generation of males in the Millennial generation, that ride around on single-sprocket bicycles.....these wimps have terrible posture, no muscle-tone, 15-inch necks, no biceps, and they pride themselves on being adrogynistic little homosexuals. It's insane. The black and hispanic males that actually reproduce (that doesn't mean they stick around) must laugh at these White homos.

Large diverse cities aren't for everyone. You may be better off in rural Wyoming or Mississippi.
