Anyone with a pet heard about this? Do you have one of the more "at-risk" dogs?

Now just suppose there was nationalized universal healthcare right now, and your dog gave you the dog flu virus (if it could jump to humans). Which one of you (you or your dog) would be most likely to get a vaccine? Get it the fastest? How about if you were 60 - 70 years old? How about if the vaccine for humans was more expensive than the one for dogs? How long would you have to wait until some government guy gave you the go ahead based on the number of years you are expected to live and treatment costs? Think the dog will get that kind of treatment from his healthcare professional and the government?
