At least according to a book he authored in 1977:

John Holdren, Obama's Science Czar, says: Forced abortions and mass sterilization needed to save the planet

Well, he "seems" like a nice guy.

He reads like another close minded, politicized "scientist" who traded integrity for the spotlight.
Any scientist who refers to those who disagree with his views as "deniers" has certainly sold out to a political agenda and is absent objectivity.
Concern is in order, considering that being appointed czar requires no vetting by anyone other than Obama.
The White House has subsequently ordered Holdren an adjustable tin foil hat to accommodate his ever growing head size.

Isn't this administration begining to look strangely like a combo of 2 science fictions, Brave New World, Soylent Green? I am joking kind of but the fact that his sheep are so willing to overlook where this is going is pretty scary stuff.

So did Hitler. Having support of sheep does not make one right.

No it doesn't. But it makes it that we will be forced to "go along with the program" while he has support.

We are not even 1 year into this new administration and look at what is on the table and what has already passed.

Can you imagine what proposals are yet to come forward in the next 3.5 years ?

He is on auto pilot. Obama is not a leader, he is a chooser. He chooses people and lets them run with the ball. Unfortunately his wisdom in choosing and understanding of what needs to be done are seriously lacking.

Or..take the opposite approach. His choosing is purposeful.
Then the question becomes..for what purpose ?

As another example..who would ever think that a Monsanto lobbyist and former employee would be appointed to the FDA ?
That one screams conflict of interest. Will all chemicals soon be declared "organic" ?

Here's the gov't release:
http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsro.../ucm170842.htm

If you read it you'll note the absense of his career at Monsanto.
But it can be found here:

And for those Huffington Post fans:
