Fox’s Jane Skinner asked “where the oversight is” and “if it is really actually constitutional.” But Fox correspondent Wendell Goler demolished the “czar” attack in the segment, explaining that the existence of Presidential advisers like these “go back as far as FDR, and maybe further,” that “there is no constitutional issue,” and that many of these “czars” are “confirmed by the Senate.”
its just a bunch of wasteful government jobs that we have to pay for and politicians can repay favors and hook friends up. i dont doubt that every administration does it, we should never put up with it. i cant believe the first lady has her own chief of staff. i wonder what her staff costs us. i dont understand how the wife of an elected politician gets a full staff and probably costs us many millions a year.

I guess the point I am trying to make to the right is that the Obama Administration is by far not the first to use Czars. This has gone on as far back as Andrew Jackson with this "Kitchen Cabinet". Michelle Obama also is by far not the First Lady that has ever had a Chief of Staff.

Come on, Dukester. I watched the clip, and she posed a question to the correspondent. I realize that questioning is seen as an attack by many Obama supporters, but she was asking a fair question that gave the correspondent the opportunity to give his response. It was never a Fox News attack. She relayed a question that many have asked, and a Fox News correspondent gave a fair response. Get over it, or at least do some thinking about what Fox News accusations you post.
so because they arent the first, that makes it ok?
It's a fact of life in American Presidencies... If Obama needs more Czars so be it. Given the mess that the previous Administration left it is understandable. Actually I welcome oversight...

oh please, he "needs" the czars so he can repay favors and hook up friends. they serve no benefit to the american people. oversight is not the purpose.
