Key Message Point: We've got to 'SLOW DOWN the OBAMA EXPERIMENT WITH OUR HEALTH.'" The
external manifestation of that is their scary Web site, and now Sam Stein at HuffPo has the lastest
internal effort, a private memo from the RNC to anti-reform advocates (i.e., Republicans).

Yeah, slow it down so that people can figure out what the heck it is. Those dirty dogs.

Next, they'll be asking that Congress actually READ the darn thing. Imagine that.

You'd prefer that it be like the stimulus bill that went through Congress like crap through a goose and -- presto! -- is more full of holes than swiss cheese and has accomplished diddly squat aside from impoverishing future generations with seas of debt?

Note to Mr. Shill: take a chill pill.

Considering that any healthcare reform is going to have a profound impact on each and every American for the next few decades, I believe it is warranted to challenge certain aspects of any plan that comes into play. Or we could just sign the first thing that comes through with our eyes closed, since that has worked oh so well in the past..

What is wrong with taking the time to get it done right? This is a complex problem with many effects of different facets of our society. It shouldn't be rushed through.

A well thought out plan, adequately funded, with improvements in quality of care will be passed anytime. It doesn't need to be rushed into. The current bills aren't quite up to that level yet, they need more work.

The OP wants to see Obama act just like his Predecessor.

With the Senate and House bills being so bad any tactic employed to halt, delay, stop and kill them is fine by me.

Agreed. But when I see this proposal being compared to Canadian, British... systems and being opposed, even from the politicians much less those who truly believe in them, that government is bad and can not do anything right, that corporations rule... it is logical to give up hope.

Loyal dissent is not in vogue.

I read the Daily Kos just for laughs! I always have to keep up with the communists and their attempt to take over the U.S.
