I'm from Virginia and I swing vote, however I thought voting for Obama would open the door for his massive power trip, and slaughtering session with the Republicans and big companies, and we would be able to get some work done and put his foot down.

After these Health Care fiasco I feel Obama has chickened out to his own party, and I want to take my vote back and give it to McCain. Does anyone feel this way too?

He has industry on its knees. What else do you want?

He has already destroyed several private industries by nationalizing them.

Why would you be disappointed Obama's liberal agenda hasn't been pushed, yet you would give you vote to a albeit painfully moderate, yet still a Republican and expect better results? So if liberal x can't push an agenda, conservative x would have done it better? I don't follow. You would have made more sense if you would take back your vote for Kucinich, or Nader. But why would someone not adequately "slaughter republicans" enough that you would rather vote for the Republican. If my post doesn't make sense to people, your as confused with this situation as I am.

Maybe you're a masochist?

I feel bad for you and many others who took the chance on Obama.

Now he is going against the will of the American people and finding ways to force this HC down our throats.

He and his congressional controlling congress are now trying to find ways to sneak this pass us even though they know the majority of the American people do not want it.

Many, many people took the chance with him and many like you wish they could take their vote back.

This is NOT the change that he promised you and others.

He does not have any balls when it comes to making good decisions. He lacks any leadership abilities and now has resorted to blaming anyone and everyone for his failures.

The biggest mistake in American history was the election of this nutcase.

We will pay for it for a long time.

LOL..With McCain, we wouldn't even be having this healthcare discussion. These threads would all be about our pending war with ________. Obama no longer has a vote in the Senate and doesn't control the senate. I for one never assumed anything would be easy and believe my vote was well spent.

Nope,

McCain sold out his own values just to win the nomination.

I think the only one of the nominees who would have had the balls to stand up to everyone, would have been Hillary. Say what you want to, but she has one angry stare, and it would have been her way or the highway.

You want a President with backbone, hell you had one with GWB. You just didn't have enough gray matter upstairs to recognized just how good he was. You better worry more about the people like Pelosi, Frank, Reid, and Franken. If you don't mind wearing a gray suit, no not a 5th avenue type, but more like the suits you would see the people working for the bad guys of the Bond flicks. Standard issue, everyone exactly equal. Then lets have everyone sterilized and then we'll clone the perfect physical specimen... oh, yeah, no women, no men, just machines with a real breath....

If that is what you want, keep pushing for Democrat values.
