It was only a war if you want to call it that for about a month. About as long as the embedded journalists were cheerleading from the tops of our tanks.
For the past several years it has just been policing their internal tribal warfare and "standing up" the Iraqi military again after we knocked them on their kiester to begin with. Now we are seeing how well all that worked out, eh.
People can claim they "support our troops" but trying to keep them there facing dismemberment and death every day for nothing does not help the troops or their loved ones. Just the opposite in fact.
