Palin Defeats Obama - Part 2 | Newsflavor

Excerpts:

Having dealt President Obama a critical blow on the health care debate with her strongly worded warning against potential death panels, Sarah Palin now turns her attention for the need for tort reform in America, and sends the Democrats scrambling for cover yet again…

President Obama was wrong. Polling continues to show Americans unconvinced of Obamacare - and increasingly unconviced of Obama and his party. Democrats now face serious election challenges in a number of governor and Congressional races in 2009 and 2010.

Perhaps sensing their collective weakness, Sarah Palin has struck again with a second aggressive Twitter post, declaring that no truthful debate on healthcare can occur without demands for long-needed tort reform. That if the president and his Democrats are serious about curbing the cost of health care, then the costs of an overly litigious society and the resulting impacts upon health care must be part of the conversation, a requirement Obama and his Democrats have up to this point, steadfastly refused...

Palin didnt defeat Obama in anything. There was nothing for her to defeat him in. She came out and made some bull**** statement about something that never existed.

Obama did, however, defeat Palin in the thing that matters most and that is the 2008 Presidential Election.

Palin lied. If you consider yourself a member of the values party, you should disown her or accept that you, in fact, hold no moral values.

She lied. She manipulated a small portion of the bill that had NOTHING to do with death panels to gain cheap political points from her base that is not known for its discernment between propaganda and fact.

She breeds hatred and division based on lies (which used to occur under oath) - are you defending this?

I'm still laughing at the absurdity of the President of the United States of America finding it necessary to publicly ponder the rantings of a private citizen (Palin) on her FACEBOOK page lol.

Which is it going to be Democraps? Is Palin influential and a force to be reckoned with (as the President seems to think), or is she a nobody private citizen like the rest of us? LOL

Wonder when Obama is going to comment on MY Facebook comments? LOL

Palin is "influential" to the extent that she has become the de facto leader for the party of American dimwits. In reality, she's a know-nothing embarrassment to this country. A former VP candidate, with Presidential hopes, who twitters. Perfect. A twitter for the twits.

Well said. Within days of her death panel warnings, Congress was backtracking and the President was in full defensive mode.

Now with her demands for actual tort reform, that issue will also be elevated and Democrats will once again be scrambling for political cover.

She may or may not be the future of the Republican Party, but she has certainly evolved into a national voice for conservatism - and an increasingly influential one at that...

Pride has nothing to do with it - simply stating fact.

Palin speaks, and Obama jumps - to say nothing of the media.
