Clint Eastwood sorely misses his tough youth, insisting America has gone soft since.
The 78-year-old actor claims life was simpler and easier in his upbringing during the depression - when problems were solved using fists rather than a therapist's couch.
Eastwood tells the January edition of Esquire magazine, "Everyone's become used to saying, 'Well, how do we handle it psychologically?'
Wow, "soft" -- at first I thought he was talking about the obesity epidemic you see outside L.A. burrito stands these days, but then he's really talking about how Leftist pseudo-science has gained in prominence, to the detriment of the nation.

It's the leftists that are afraid to let science into the debate, they cling to their egalitarian falsehoods like a religion.
My favorite is the Leftist who tells us "that we're all the same", then refuses to admit that science and nature tells us we aren't.
We are told to celebrate diversity, but not including genetic or scientific factors.

There is more Black criminality, and much higher incarceration, murder, rape, and robbery rates today too. Bill Cosby talks about this. Black crimes against Whites never used to occur in large numbers, today they are epidemic.
I always thought Clint Eastwood was a bit of a dolt, and he's now proven it. Yeah, let's go back to solving problems with senseless violence. What a great step forward that would be.

Although I do believe current generations of Americans have become more emotionally soft and less able to cope with problems as earlier generations, I do not believe that violence is the answer. I do think that current generations have become more hyper sensitive and easily offended and we need to go back to some of the resiliency displayed in previous generations.

I only wish his therapy reference was a metaphor.
