I think the answer to that question has to be no, or at least, not for long. They are trying very hard to get things going again and I heard Von Allen, one of their Congressional leaders, say just a few minutes ago that they will pass something before this year is over. He has plenty of plans about how to keep the Dems who fear they will lose if this thing passes. Also, there are people on the right who believe that the Nancy - Harry - Barry triumvirate has plans to get both of the bills revived and, in fact passed. Can someone prove that this article is wrong?

Which only proves the point that Obama and the Dems still are not hearing the voice of the American people (or they're ignoring it). Scott Brown won in MA by promising to vote to kill HC as passed by the House and Senate. But he also acknowledged that the delivery of health care in this country needs reform and he proposed going back to the drawing board where Democrats and Republicans could work together to craft a reform bill that both sides could support. It appears that Reid and Pelosi are ignoring this offer. Too bad. Too bad for the American people who deserve health insurance that is affordable. And too bad for the Democrats in Congress because Reid and Pelosi are going to drag them down to electoral defeat in November if they keep this up.

Of course not. They plot and scheme every day to come up with a plan to get a bill passed, all behind closed doors. Their strategy - hoping the public forgets about HC, hope they are lulled into believing the dems have dropped, hope that they won't notice when they say they have the votes to pass it.

My you got that right sanrene. They are probably plotting and scheming at this very minute. Wonder what they would do, if there were no LOCK DOORS.
