Can he convince Congress and the American people that his Health Care plan is what is needed? If not, will his failure to sell his Health Care plan be his own failure as President from here on out?

Nope... you forget that it is STILL a democrat majority in both houses with near unbeatable voting power... I don't think health care reform will be gone... it will "perhaps" be done right... why? Cause we REALLY need REAL health care reform (i.e. not the liberals idea of having someone else pay for their health care).. we need real reform in the insurance industry and we will likely get it... what we get "in addition" to that remains to be seen... There is still a lot to be done until the 2010 elections... and depending on the 2010 elections, it will affect Obama's reign then... but until 2010, it is unlikely to have any real effect on his push for certain policies because the liberals have a semi-super-majority...
