This is great news. Didn't that one ACORN worker on the video say "loose lips sink ships"? HAHA, only if she took her own advice. lol

The only actual reason for severing ties is that whackjobs have to be counted just as much as sensible people do, and at least some whackjobs have been pushed to such a degree of irrational fear of ACORN that their willingness to cooperate with Census enumerators could be called into question if there were a continued association. There is no other reason. More than 80,000 community groups just like ACORN are working with the Census Bureau to help recruit enumerators. The only difference is that the disinformation media have not decided to wage a war of outright lies against any of them.

Will ACORN clean out the rot and corruption and get back to what it's supposed to be doing? That's what those "ACORN 8" mourned the loss of.

Well, but look at this - http://www.acorn-8.net/

I dont see a suggestion in that site for howto clean it up, other than sending a lot of people to jail. I dont see a projection of a new ACORN. But - maybe that's all that's necessary.

LOLOLOL

Why can't you admit it - ACORN has been caught, once to often, involved in, shall we say .... "questionable activities"?

ACORN will be going out of business - the sooner the better.

OBTW - those, such as yourself, who even TRY to defend ACORN are the "Whackjobs"! LOL

Think about it..can "The Black Panthers" ever become a respected group in America based on their past history ?

New name, clean reputation.

OpEdNews - Page 3 of Article: Whistleblowers Seek to Reform ACORN
Summary: ACORN whistleblower Marcel Reid explains that "ours is the voice for hundreds of thousands of otherwise disenfranchised people." Noting that voice must now rise above questionable voter registrations and America's financial crisis, Reid cautions fellow board members to overcome "the ACORN culture of acquiescence to Wade Rathke and his family so that ACORN vindicates the poor and moderate income people it represents."
