The study looks at the economic effects of the U.S. failure to implement trade agreements with South Korea and Colombia, U.S. "Buy American" policies in the economic stimulus bill and continued U.S. restrictions on cross-border trucking from Mexico. Those decisions combined may end up costing the U.S. 585,000 jobs, according to the report.
