I would not say impeach but congress should make Rangell step down from his chair in the house ways and means commitee.They write the tax laws and Rangell has been caught 2 or 3 times cheating on his taxes,do we want someone who does not want to pay his fair share making law?

No doubt the Dems will lose seats. When people sweep one party out for corruption and abuse of power, it's only a matter of time before they want more balance. With only one alternative, that means Repubs will be back by default. I doubt Dems will lose the House next year, but it'll be closer. The balance of ideological power is what keeps our nation strong.
If you want credibility in these discussions, you should avoid predicting the future like a psychic and learn the grounds established forimpeachment. Just so you know, they went after Clinton as a power grab, not a genuine outrage.
When republicans lost control of congress in 2006, they made a big scene about how they will easily gain back power in 2008.
