With all the rampant corruption in the dictatorships in Africa I'm surprised they get any aid money anymore, and I think they shouldn't. All it does is pad the pockets of the thieves as they rape the country and blame the big bad first world nations for their poverty. Sadly most of the citizens believe this straw man argument instead of attacking the root of the problem.

I'd prefer that Mr. Qadddafi reach back a little farther back into history and discuss the introduction of slavery into Africa by the Arabs in the early days of the first Caliphates.
