Lets make sure those who want to kill Americans know our methods for thwarting them!
You do realize that these techniques are revealed in criminal court everyday. It's why law enforcers are always looking for ways to stay ahead of criminals beit national or international. Our justice system has always mandated that we show how evidence is obtained. Without that, we'd have kangaroo courts where lies would go unchallenged.

It's about time..Lets keep bringing these folks to justice.
How is this in any way going to work out? You take something that was initiated by the military, and then turn it over to the civilian courts, who will want to treat it as if it were a civilian matter conducted by the NYC police department??

I'll bet all the ACLU lawyer types are licking their chops at the prospect of the revenge and pain they can inflict by putting the entire country and GW Bush on trial. Just imagine all the CIA agents and state secrets they could put out for the cameras, the fame, the glory... did I mention revenge?

The NYPD has nothing to do with this..This is a Federal Case to be prosecuted by the Justice Department.

It doesn't need to be revealed because it's already known..You're just a tad late.

Digital Fingerprints Led Feds to Zazi - CBS News

"The Cell Phone Tap
According to the permanent detention request:

Also on September 6 and 7, Zazi attempted to communicate on multiple occasions with another individual - each communication more urgent in tone than the last - seeking to correct mixtures of ingredients to make explosives. Included in the communications were requests related to flour and ghee oil, which are two ingredients listed in the bomb-making instructions. Zazi repeatedly emphasized in the communications that he needed the answers right away."

Yes my uniformed friend. It wasn't until the 1993 trials that Bin Laden realized we had made the connection to him. Without the trial he would never have known and we could have continued surveillance. It wasn't until this trial that they knew we were tracking their cell phones. All this things came outin open court. Our counter terrorism methods will be exposed in open court for the terrorist to become aware and circumvent. You and the dolt in the WH don't get it.

But we have never fought wars that way.

If we had people like Holder and 0bama in 1943, we would have revealed our ability to break Nazi and Japanese radio codes, as a process of disclosing evidence during a civil trial.
