I could understand the outrage. But correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't it the Governor of that state and their office who is ultimately responsible for where the funds are disbursts once the White House release these funds to their states?
I wouldn't have expected anything more of our federal government, from administration to governance, republican or democrat. Washington DC is a monument to fraud and abuse of the american voter. Well, the legal voters.

No I read the entire report and some of these things that the stimulus was used for is laughable and at the same time stupid. But i'm still trying to get a answer on who controls the purse strings once Washington release the funds to the states. This list is cholk full of both Dem and Republican Governors that these two Senators should direct their outrage towards.
