But yet, it IS true for a lot of people I see (and most likely others). Why is this wrong to point out? Why is it wrong to roll our eyes at people whom are on welfare & other government assistance and they somehow have expensive clothes and jewelry and for females they have their hair & nails always done? I mean, i still support the programs for people who may need it.. but people who do that make me absolutely sick

The problem with public housing goes hand in hand with welfare in general. Its forcably taking taxpayers money & giving it out at some bureaucrats discretion.
Neither should even exist as they do today. There are charitable organizations to help the poor & people, if so inclined can directly help out folks. Likewise if people REALLY cared they could put poor people up in their homes.
Poverty in & of itself is not proof of need, often its proof of ignorance & lazyness, why encourage or reward such things?
A needy person cannot work or provide for themselves. Most people I know on welfare or section 8 are quite healthy.

I was on Section 8. I had it through FEMA from a natural disaster I was in.

Of course there are people who are fraudulent and take advantage of the system. But in my case, it did what it was meant to do. I stayed on it until I was able to get back on my feet (took a while but I got there). I'm now in the top 10% of tax payers that pay for more then 90% of the taxes.

Section 8 is a needed service for what it was meant and intended to do. I look back at it now as a grant (like someone who would get a college grant). It served its purpose with me just like a college grant would. You need it, you use it and then you go on and become a productive citizen and it has been paid back 10 fold.

We need these services. If you are ever in need you would be happy to know they are there. I'm very thankful that I had it.

And it's wrong that government dependents live better than taxpayers. Like I said before, when the government gets involved, it pays a large amount of money to the landlords for it's dependents to live very nicely, all the landlords raise the rents accordingly to get the maximum they can, and the working people can no longer afford to live.

Isn't it the truth.
All blacks are not the same.
Neither are all whites.

When you point out one race and say all do something, always negative, it is racism.
It's a lie.
Isn't it?

We agree. Not all blacks are the same and not all whites are the same.

I have never referred to all blacks in any of my posts. I have always said some blacks or a certain segment of the black community or referred to a percentage or an average.

Can you find any post where I have that anything negative and applied it to all blacks by stating that 'all blacks insert negative characteristic'. If you cannot then perhaps you owe me an apology.

In NJ if you have never been on welfare and then you decide to have a child and get on welfare they will give you monetary funding of $322 for the first child and $386 in food stamps, if you decide to have a second child that 2nd one is not covered for additional cash funds but your food stamps will increase. Govenor Whitman enacted a plan that you can only be on welfare for max of 5yrs.
