The letter does not say she should be prosecuted because of her opinion, but because of her fraudulent actions. If you use your head, you would come to the conclusion that Grayson most likely wanted to show this woman that he was aware of and exposing her lies and fraudulent activity. He most likely knew that his letter would be become public, therefore, exposing her deceitful game. Grayson is no dummy and many people appreciate his gonads...I certainly do! She is, in fact, in violation of the law that Grayson cited and just maybe many of us, including Grayson are sick and tired of representatives and citizens alike, running roughshod over our laws and The Constitution. Good for him!

This is good, straight from the complaint, priceless. What a crybabie! I read the complaint and it won't go anywhere. I had better rephrase that, if we have a competent AG it won't go anywhere.

Ms. Langley has chosen a name for her committee that is utterly tasteless and juvenile. Of the thousands of campaign committees reporting to the FEC, I doubt that any other one sinks this low. But that is not the primary purpose of this complaint.

I thought Grayson was some brilliant constitutional scholar and yet here he suggest throwing someone in jail for expressing "freedom of speech"
Liberals and censorship, the two go together like peanut butter and jelly,

There is a first time for everything I guess and I agree with you As a LBT conservative I find it disgusting that {R} posters will defend this woman who has lied on TV,her website, and is in violation of the law.I think Holder should do something about this,by either forcing her to take her website down and return the money and if she refuses press charges against her.
Funny how partisan supporters will defend their pathetic party no matter what they do or say

Breaking the law has become ubiquitous and defending the breaking of the law even more so...especially when many posters on CD act as if they are participating in cheering on their favorite football team. This type of partisan attitude further shows their lack of integrity and disdain for The Constitution. They vote party lines and not attention to a representative's voting records.

BTW...I do not recall getting into any debates with you. Are you sure you are not confusing me with "sickofnyc99"? I still cannot undertand why that poster chose a user name so similar to mine.

Didn't we have free speech zones with the Bushistas?

I've always wondered why that poster picked a name so close to yours, too.

My apologies, from your response I have mixed you up with another poster and what you wrote about the constitution and partisan CD posters we probably agree on a whole slew of topics.

he has a point if, in fact, she doesn't live in his district, but wanting her imprisoned, come on dude! Grayson has a very drama queen side to him that distracts from the matter at hand. At the very least, she should fess up that he is NOT her congressman and that the site is mearly expressing her opinion and desire to raise money to get him voted out of office, there's nothing wrong with that, but she should be honest and Grayson needs to stop acting like someone took his makeup case and he can't look pretty anymore.
