I think you live in a different century. Look at the election map for California. Orange county sits like a little Red pimple in Blue SoCal. The only urban county to not vote Democratic.
I know, freethinking conservatives are the ones who are critical thinkers, counterculture, pushing new boundaries, innovative, creative, and free spirited. The left and regressives have become the agents of tyranny and oppression, forcing everyone to act and think like them, terrified of anyone who doesn't conform to their worldview.

My oh my how things have changed. Orange county is the center of the counter culture movement and questioning authority against the intolerant tyranny of leftist despotism.

Are you talking public transportation or dogma?

Liberals are all for freedom of movement as anyone stuck on I-5 would note.

Not to mention the one to Las Vegas that Harry Reid got money for.

Guess I forgot to mention I traveled the world over and chose to live happily ever after in WV.
Morgantown WV is great. The rest of the state... Well... better than Somali...

After reading this thread southern California is no longer being considered for my retirement. Nine thousand people per square mile? That is 3,100 sq ft per person! Yikes! I would prefer more like nine people per sqmi.
