why since you already have an ax to grind with Obama anyways? By the way it took a lot longer for Bush to respond since it was about a half hour after it was apparent it we were under attack then he disappeared for untold hours.
This was not even comparable to 9/11 and those on the right are trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.The better question you should be asking is why didn't the security officials in Nigeria & Amsterdam catch this guy in the first place?
By the way I don't remember Bush saying much about the shoe bomber either.
This is what the left doesn't get, even after this incident. We are still under attack.
One guy sits on his hands, talking to school kids, WHILE THE COUNTRY IS UNDER ATTACK.
The other guy, gets informed that a terrorist was thwarted, informed of the information, and the country wasn't in imminent danger.
And you want to compare the two. Ugh, I pray for my country when it has people with brain function that low in it.
So, is your stance that a failed terrorist attack, which could have been the first in a larger string of attacks, less important than a successful attack?
The liberal left have yelled, whined, and cried for the past 8 years over the 7 minutes that George W. Bush took to respond to the 9/11 attacks while reading to elementary students.
But Barack Obama, vacationing in Hawaii, didn't respond to the most recent airline terrorist attack for 72 hours, and liberals have not expressed a single word of displeasure.
Would someone like to explain why exactly this hypocrisy exists? Do liberals view a failed attack as less important than a successful attack?
This is a defining moment for the liberal left and their rationale for incessantly attacking GWB. Pony up with criticism for Barack Obama's response, or be relegated to the reputation you already have for being light on national security.
