That's a really interesting article. But you have to wonder if when the FBI withholds stuff for public consumption if there aren't extremely good reasons for doing so. We have to remember that Al Qaeda has the same access to the media as we do.

The "man of action" syndome is what got us into this mess....

So when he was in control (for SEVEN YEARS)why DIDN'T Cheney let those terrorists KNOW they were losing the war ? ().

Not to the perpetually ignorant:
Re-read my post when you stop laughing at yourself.
I said do not make policy. As in the present tense.
What office does Cheney hold now?

You proggs remind me of an old girlfriend who never moved on and was always trying to get back together.

You are absolutely right. We should just ignore them. Maybe they'll go away.

Daily Kos: Dick Cheney's Expertise At Undermining National Security

Cheney has no real interest in national security. He has no faith in the American people and his contempt for us is evident every time he attacks the President, duly elected by a majority of the voting populace.
He is a disgusting, bitter old man seeking only to glorify himself at the expense of the American public.

<sigh> More of the same from Kos, 9/11 was all Bush's fault for relying on the Clinton national security team, CIA and FBI, that was put in place by Clinton.

Then why didn't the terrorists fear attacking the U.S. when Cheney was "President"?

Exactly my perception! He is a bitter, mean-spirited old man who cannot bring himself to "let go".........Now that he is out of power, he's desperately trying to grab power back. He just doesn't want to face the truth, he is the PAST, he is a "has been" now.

Excellent question and I'm sure that you will not get a response...at least not a logical or intelligent one.
