I know #3 didn't do so well.
When one sets long term, rather than short term goals, they do, of necessity, take longer to realize. A BIG part of the problem with U.S. government has been short term goals!

This thread is about year 1 and hence my comment.
And that foreclosure program was not long term..it was immediate but the government cannot force banks to stop doing foreclosures.

Only 7% of those that applied to the mortgage program got help.
