Par for the course, the Obama Administration refuses to investigate, despite the fact four prison guards back up the allegations.

Earlier the Seton Hall School Of Law investigated the official version and found it bogus.

Good riddance is what I say.

If there was any merit behind the allegations of a cover-up by the Bush administration, you can bet that Obama would use this for political fodder. No way do I believe Obama would aid in any Bush-era GITMO cover-up.

Your modern day fake Conservative.

He will not stand up for the rule of law.

He's only for prudent investigations of Government wrongdoing when it doesn't involve his side being investigated.

This is basically how things are done in 3rd World dicatorships.

They have no principles whatsoever that transcend ideology. They are not Conservatives. These are run of the mill Authoritarian thugs.

There was no report of (the usual Muslim) decapitation, burning of bodies or other mutilation, just the run of the mill (Christian) coverup.
