The number of excuses you have is astounding. Did you fill a roladex before the election so you have something to post the next day?

Voters are angry and the liberal agenda is not something America wants to pursue. Just as they did not want to pursue the neocon agenda after 8 years of it.

Get over it.

I hope a journalist will ask them what Obama stands for, I have enjoyed in the past to see them not able to answer the questions and if the journalist gave them the views of an opponent the person's interviewed agreed and had no clue it wasn't Obama's views...
Well, as I stated, at SOME point the Republicans are going to have to answer this question as well.... And remember, W. is STILL too fresh in the minds of the American Public, so "fiscal responsibility" as a platform is going to get you all laughed out of every race in the country.....

You're going to have to do better than that...

Obama's approval ratings say otherwise.

I wouldn't count the chickens before they hatch.
This is the type of thinking I can only hope sticks around thru Nov. Stick with the agenda and dismiss losing a Mass senate seat as just being a close vote and that Obama could've campaigned harder for the loser.

People really want the Pelosi, Reid, Obama heathcare bill but are just lying to the pollsters and punching the wrong chads in Mass. See you in about 10 months.

I wouldn't disagree that the public doesn't care for Obama's HC policies but his approval rating is still high enough to win re-election. Easily.

They won't even pause to throw a life preserver at Reid if they think he's a goner. Those so-called conservative Democrats...those tools have been used and now they will be discarded. Obama and Pelosi are not even gonna break a sweat trying to save them.
The progressives, whether socialists or Marxists or some new blending of both, all know that passing this health care bill is the framework for a lurch into socialism. These progressives are more concerned with their agenda and do not care about the damage they may do to the democratic party. If they can pass their health care bill it will change the dynamics of every future national election.

Once health care passes, and the people depend upon it, even if you were a staunch conservative, you would have to campaign and govern to improve and refine the socialist health care system. Any attempt to rein in the government control over health care, or return parts of it to the private sector, would be followed by progressives screaming that you were trying to steal people's health care, just like they do with social security now.

What ratings do you keep talking about? He has the lowest rating of a President in his first year of anyone in decades. In fact, I think it's since Hoover. I've seen from 49-53%...that's not a shoe in for re-election.

Approval rating 50%, disapproval 43%, no potential Republican has a favorable opinion near that

Last I heard, even Sarah "of all people" Palin, had higher ratings, than Mr. O

I think you are looking at 0bama's personal likability rating, and even that has dropped by over 20 points in a year. That's one in five Americans who had high hopes for 0bama a year ago, no longer have faith in him as president. Coakley won her last election with 73% of the vote, she tumbled almost 30 points to lose yesterday's election.
