Everyone talks to someone. If an "earthquake machine" caused the earthquake, or if the US gov't caused 9/11, SOMEONE would talk.... SOMEONE would confess on their death bed... SOMEONE would feel guilty and tell someone.
It's like a James Bond movie, where hundreds follow an evil plot... doesn't anyone feel remorse? That's why I think it is BS.

The entire fallacy of your point is that when people do talk, they are labeled with the "tinfoil hat" label ...
There are Thousand of people talking about 911 ... do you listen or retreat in the childish game of name calling?
As for HAARP, and it's capabilities .. their official line involves communications, and they claim no military application exists. However, the facility is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the Office of Naval Research ... but no military application? Is that like a Baskin Robbins claiming no connection to the dairy industry?
I'm sure some of the more "intelligent" CD'ers here can explain to the rest of us just how such a patently ridiculous claim actually makes perfect sense.
"Well you see, the HAARP project is run by the military for strictly scientific research only ... the military just oversees it to maintain security!" That about right?
And of course, IF HAARP was capable of being used as a weapon, the government and the military would surely tell us ... wouldn't they? Of course they would ... we are a democracy!!! They never keep secrets .. someone would spill the beans.
