Word is that a group of bi-partisan members of congress do not want the terrorist trials to be held in NYC and do not want them to be civil.

This was Obama and Holder's decision and now it seems it might not happen.

If this does not happen it will be another big blow to Obama and his decisions.

I think this has a lot to do with the majority of the people that do not want this to be civil trials and the members of congress see it.

Let's wait and see.

I hear that just the cost for the trial of KSM is estimated to run $250 million. What a complete waste. Too bad we can't just shoot 'em.

As Scott Brown so prudently opined: "Tax dollars should be used to DEFEAT terrorists, not PROTECT terrorists."

I didn't know Brown had made that statement until tonight, but it's just another reason to be happy that Brown was elected.

I agree, Tax Dollars should be used to Defeat the freaking Terrorists, and should not be used in any way for their protection. Brown is looking pretty promising.

Where is all the liberals on this issue?

I called this months ago and had to read the liberals hate posting about it, and I posted this thread yesterday and today - guess what happens?

The justice department is looking into moving the trial.

Damn and I good or what?

Poor Obama has lost another one because the PEOPLE have spoken and he will listen, we are his boss and he finally is listening.
