This would be the same Justice Department that is granting to terrorists, citizen rights and yet refuses to prosecute members of the "New Black Panthers" who bore weapons and intimidated poll goers ?

Isn't it the place of SCOTUS to dertermin how legislation is interpreted? Or, is Obama continuing his blatant attack upon SCOTUS to grab even more unConstitutional power for his Executive Branch?
