I'm with you 100% on the Rangel thing. He should have been prosecuted.
As for the jet, there are valid security reasons for it, all explained by the previous administration. I find no fault with their reasoning in this particular instance.
As for Rubio, as per the OP's link, a) he did not pay for all of the personal charges and b) the card was not ever supposed to be used for personal matters. Now, I know that 'everyone' does it, but, 'everyone' also manages to make excuses for their candidates and themselves while reviling the 'other' guy for the same exact thing. As we saw with the recent sex scandals, there is just something so delicious about the people who wail the loudest about 'family values' getting caught with their pants down.
In that same vein, based on this report, Mr. Rubio probably shouldn't try to garner votes based on 'fiscal responsibility.'

I agree. The idea that Republicans are fiscally conservative is a joke. They rail against government when they're out of power, but when they get power, they expand government tremendously.
