It's a well-known fact that the Arabs hate the Palestinians. Jordan had no use for them and did nothing to help them assililate into that country after the 1948 war. Moreover it serves the purpose of the Arabs to keep the Palestinians destitute. They love to see these desparate people on Israel's border causing it trouble.

Considering the Arabs and the Palestinians are hardly best mates, this isn't too surprising.

It is interesting how the Western media rarely talks about how the Arabs don't help their fellow Palestinian Arabs, but always talk about how the Israelis are treating the Palestinian Arabs.

It's not just the other Arab countries which have turned their backs on the Palestinians. The Palestinian leaders themselves who for decades have used their people as disposable pawns for their own gain are to blame for the poor state of affairs in Palestinian territories.

It seems to be a common theme in much of the Arab world actually. Just look at Tunisia to see what happens when enough is enough!

Because like the Dodgers and Giants, thought they are rivals, who don't get along with each other, and all of these Countries and the way that they think, is nuts.

The relationship between the Arab (actually, Muslim) world and the PA is similar to the relationship between the Democratic party and the poor. In both cases they are used as a 'cause' to further the agenda of the larger entity. The Muslim world uses the pligh of the 'poor Palistinians' to attack Israeli policy and keep up pressure for concessions. Democrats use the poor to advance their government-led socialist programs adn, once every two years, for their votes.

Except for the US and the EU no other country trusts Fatah or Hamas. They already learned from the days of Arafat what happens to donations. Arab countries have no problem pledging funds for PR. But most have never cut them the checks (this part rarely makes the news).

Arabs in Israel are increasingly scrambling to move over into Jewish areas because they are terrified that if the border lines are redrawn, they will end up on the Pali side and none of them want that!! They know they have a better life with the Jews than with their own Arab brethren.
