square foot tax. for all houses over 2000 square feet you get taxed per foot over 2000. this way we all can learn to live in little square 1999 square foot houses . Anyone living in a house under 1000 sqaure feet gets to a rebate based on the amount of taxes on houses over 2000 feet.

Tax those writing legislation $100M per page of legislation proposed. Tax the President personally the CBO cost estimate for signing it into law. Due and payable before enactment. Thus, all new legislation is paid for in advance.
