Conservatively, at least 50% of the claims are either blown out of proportion or are staged by their own side in order to gain sympathy and make the opposing side look bad. There are just way too many false incidents these days. Phony racism claims, staged hate crimes perpetrated by the alleged victims, people targeting their own groups to gain attention. On both sides. The coffin incident is an example. It was done by a an anti abortion group as a protest, never as a threat. People want to get hysterical and get some news coverage. People are angry and have a right to be angy and are going to get a whole lot angrier. Maybe they need to stop complaining and start trying to actually meet the voters half way.

You Republicans are unbelievable. The one threatening incident that has been conclusively revealed as bogus is the "attack" on Eric Cantor's office, so your response is to accuse the Democrats of making stuff up?

You really ought to have someone buy you a ticket back to reality.

Talk about not being in reality. Every "threatening incident" the dems have brought up in the last week has been a fake. They don't have proof for any of them and you accuse Republicans of being unbelievable?

You can show a liberal the truth but you can't make him see it.

Link to a news source?

Not a crackpot blog or wingnut comment, a credible news source.

Or are you the fake?

Here's your golden opportunity to reveal the "truth" about these acts of violence.

Won't help. They would just trade it for the crystal meth that they are smoking.

And if we were really spit upon, we would have the spitter arrested. The cop was right there. So why no arrest?

I imagine there are a lot of professional baseball teams looking for that guy because of the tremendous arm.
