I'm sure they were just Tea Party types throwing the eggs, so they could lay blame on the DEMs and deflect attention from the Tea Party / GOP types hurling bricks through the windows and doors of DEMs. It's a standard trick.

Big deal. You can wash the broken eggs off the side of a car with a hose in like 2 seconds.
They also threw eggs at the windshield that could have caused an accident. Think about driving a huge bus and the sudden egg hits the windshield of your car what could happen
This is wrong, but not compared to spitting and yelling racial/homophobic slurs at congressman. Not to mention all of the death threats.
