Yep, I concede that you have not the slightest lick of proof for any of these silly allegations.
I asked twice for something, anything, to show that what you are arguing is in fact true, because unlike you, my mind can be changed by actual, verifiable evidence. You've chosen to not supply any.

You may think that you are providing some sort of public service by starting these threads to share all of these deep and earth-shattering revelations, however, it is pretty clear to me, as evidenced by your debating style in this one, that they are merely a bid for attention, no matter how negative.

There's nothing to see here.
Moving on.

Obama Debunks Claim About Islamic School - washingtonpost.com

Again a DOCUMENT filled out by Lolo Soetoro BEFORE Stanley and Obama arrived in Indonesia. I'm not a mind reader, but may Lolo thought it would be easier to enroll Obama in school if he put down that information. Or he planned to formally adopt Obama, but realized he couldn't due to the LAW at the time.

What part of that do you not freaking get?

Oh... the denial... So sad...

Was Obama an Indonesian citizen?

In the document, Obama is registered under the name Barry Soetoro by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. The school card lists Barry Soetoro as a Muslim, Indonesian citizen born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Jack Stokes, manager of media relations for the AP, confirmed to WND the picture is indeed an AP photo.

After attending the Assisi Primary School, Obama later was enrolled at SDN Menteng 1, an Indonesian public school.

In Indonesia, which was under strict rule in 1967, Obama clearly took on the last name of his stepfather in school registration documents. All Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards, or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, which needed to bear the student's legal name, which should be matched in public school registration filings.

According to Indonesian legal experts, it was difficult to enroll non-Indonesian citizens in public schooling.

It's not mere denial. It's the law.

Specifically it's the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act.

Under that US Law, there was nothing that Obama, his mother, his step father, or the government of Indonesia could have done that would have revoked his status as a natural born US citizen.

Even adoption.

If Obama's records are sealed..and it seems they are..this can only mean he was adopted by Lolo or Stanley Ann lost custody.

The courts are protecting Obama for this reason. His legal name is Barry Soetoro.

Yet Stanley's divorce records from Lolo show no adoption records. That would have been included since it would come down to child custody issues

BTW, you're repeating a long debunked claim

Long debunked claim. It has to do with RECORDS during his PRESIDENCY not his vital records which are ALREADY PROTECTED BY Privacy Laws. the same law that was Passed by Bush and Reagan.

On 18 January 1989, then-President Ronald Reagan signed Executive Order 12667, which established policies and procedures to govern "Executive Privilege" from current and former Presidents in connection with their Presidential Records, which among other things allowed the Archivist of the United States to release those records unless, within 30 days from notification, the current or former President says "no".

On 5 November 2001, the-President George W. Bush signed Executive Order 13233, which restricted those records for a period of 12 years after the President in question left office and increased the time to 90 days. In addition, it allowed the current President to override the requests of the former President in regards to those records. It specifically revoked Reagan's order of 18 January 1989.

So what did Obama's Executive Order 13489 do?

It is almost word for word an exact copy of Reagan's order of 18 January 1989, and has the effect of expanding access to Presidential records by specifically revoking Bush's order of 5 November 2001.

It only applies to Presidential Records, not the records before one became president. And there's nothing in Executive Order 13489 that hides the pre-Presidential records at all.

It's the same law Regan passed

The courts? Which court exactly? Only three cases named Obama, and those cases HAD nothing to do with Social Security Numbers, or adoption records.

Provide the legal name change applications filled out by Barack Obama (woops a minor can't change his name legally. they have to wait till they're 18) - and done in a US Court.
