How true, no apology necessary. Just look at what they do to people using their city Code gestapo. Fining citizens ridiculous amounts of money for ridiculous code violations in order to bring in more cash for the town. Sounds like Nazi to me.

Without city codes we would live in a dump. They give you warnings and than fine you. So if you don't fix a problem you deserve to be fined. Regarding the anthem it was a mistake that was not done on purpose.
