I will be moving to Vero next week. I want to have a nice, decorative, permanent, cement fence built around my property. Would anyone be able to provide builder recommendations for me? I've purchased in an older HOA community, where it no longer is looking cooky cutter, yet is still well maintained. Can anyone share their experience in getting a walled fence approved?

I don't know about contractors, but make sure you get the blessing of the HOA before you begin. Some can be very ugly if you put one up without prior approval.

If you have an hoa, I doubt they'll let you. You should ask a lot of questions before hand. When I was looking in Vero, I found a house I really liked. I found out I couldn't plant flowers or change the color of the house. And those were only the first two questions I asked. Needless to say, I live in a non hoa community.
