Hey,

So I am taking an internship with nike, but it does not handle my living.

Where should I live? I was wanting to be near other young people, close to night life, and near work.

Where should I be look?

You can forget living close to work and having a night life. I suggest placing an ad on CL and see what you come up with.

NIKE has an employee bus that operates between the Beaverton Creek MAX stop and campus buildings so you can live downtown if you choose.

Ask the HR representative who is handling interns if they can give you help with housing. "Back in the day" NIKE had an internal BB which was used for housing. Given Portland's tight housing market you may not be able to live in a neighborhood such as the Pearl. HOWEVER, NIKE will have many activities for interns over the summer and there are campus employee events such as Thirst Thursday. You will not lack for a social life where ever you live.

That said, a CL ad may work for roommate situations at Portland State where a roommate is leaving for the summer.
