Here are the raw "CSV" (comma-separated value) tables. A bit tough to read, but basically, the last number is the most recent (2015) population estimate for a given town:

Oregon city population estimates

Washington city population estimates

A quick summary of some Portland-area locations - and a good illustration of why rents and home prices keep rising:

Portland: 632,309 (+11,889 from the 2014 estimate)
Vancouver: 172,860 (+3,143)
Gresham: 110,553 (+444)
Hillsboro: 102,347 (+2,908)
Beaverton: 96,577 (+1,326)
Tigard: 51,253 (+465)
Lake Oswego: 38,496 (+543)
Oregon City: 35,831 (+539)
Tualatin: 27,154 (+223)
West Linn: 26,593 (+329)
Forest Grove: 23,897 (+504)
Wilsonville: 22,729 (+711)
Camas: 21,846 (+652)
Milwaukee: 20,830 (+198)
Battle Ground: 19,407 (+389)
Sherwood: 19,283 (+301)
Happy Valley: 18,493 (+1,222)
Troutdale: 16,631 (+51)
Washougal: 15,288 (+308)
Cornelius: 12,317 (+79)
Gladstone: 11,986 (+133)
Damascus: 10,952 (+728)
Fairview: 9,280 (+37)
Wood Village: 4,017 (+21)
King City: 3,680 (+27)
Durham: 1,938 (+15)
Rivergrove: 368 (+15)

So that's getting close to a 30,000-person gain in a single year in an area of around 1.5 million, which is a fairly rapid increase. That doesn't include any of the unincorporated/county areas, either.

Also goes to show that despite all the complaining about the UGB, Portlanders aren't exactly flooding the farthest Oregon-based suburbs already present.
