Hi Ladies,
I'm expecting for the first time and I am suuuuuuuper nauseous, I feel like it's ALL THE TIME.
My doctor says the baby and I are fine so I'm not worried about the medical aspect of it, but more the logistical ^^
How do you do/did you do to keep a professional attitude or formal attitude when you need to run to the bathroom to puke every other minute?
Advice, tips, miracle product? Thanks ladies <3
I found this method useful:
"A combination therapy of both vitamin B-6 and doxylamine, which is sold over the counter as Unisom SleepTabs, has been recommended by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists for treating morning sickness in the first trimester."
I'm almost 20 weeks and still nauseous sometimes .
thanks!! I've taken the medication my doctor recommended already and it didn't help a lot :/ I have been looking into discreet bags to carry and stuff that would allow me to just be alone for a minute and not run looking for the closest bathroom ^^
I guess I will try some of those
I think a cup works better than a bag. I keep one in my car and by my desk just in case. The hardest part for me was the first couple weeks before I was ready to tell everyone I was pregnant. Once I was able to be open about it things were easier at work because my coworkers were understanding. In the beginning there were a handful of days when I pretty much did the minimum at work.

Yep. It is the same active ingredients as Diclegis, which is costly and not always covered.
Just so you know I've been using the emesis bags from "carebag" that I found super cheap on Amazon, and they rock, I can always have some in my purse because they are so tiny and they make my life soooo much easier!!! try them out, leave a review to let other future moms know about it!!! (i did )
