Less than 9 games this season with Kolb at the QB position. You know that Jaws never goes against the birds but to see him say this was shocking and if he is saying this then he must know something about Kolb that leads him to believe that he is not that good.
It's still his first year as a full time starter and Jaws is being real about the expectations.
The schedule offers hardly any easy games this year - even the Texans are not going to be easy.
I am partial to Kolb just because he played here (U of Houston) and I know what he is capable of. But I also believe that we have gotten as far as we are going to get with McNabb.
The one thing I look for in new QBs is being overmatched either physically or mentally. Then there is very little hope. I don't think Kolb will be overmatched.
I'll take 9 wins as long as 2 are over the Cowboys.
