Agreed. I don't pay much attention to daytime network tv but my neighbor was telling that NFL people were on The View (ABC), The Talk (CBS), all 3 cable news networks, etc., etc, etc.

I think this will rank up there with most watched SB, but seems they say it every year! I know people that don't watch SB at all but exception rather than the norm.

I'd like to know how many folks that pick the Ravens are AFC fans, how many folks that pick the 9ers are NFC fans, how many folks that pick the Ravens are picking the underdog, and how many folks that pick the 9ers just are Ravens' H8rz... vs those that are true Ravens fans / 9ers fans?

Granted, there are some Ravens h8rs who still pick them etc.

I am a Raven's fan but I try to pick games on who I actually think will win, not just always pick my team. I picked the Broncos over the Ravens, though I thought it would be close. I thought the ravens-pats game was a pickem but gave the nod to the pats because they were in new England. But I have a feeling the ravens will win this game big. I say ravens......34-16

This is a hard game to call, but if I were to bet I'd probably pick the Ravens in a really tight game.

It all starts with the lines. Both teams are evenly matched on the lines, which is why the game is hard to call. However, I give a slight edge to the Ravens. The Ravens had trouble sacking Brady last week, but they still managed to put pressure on him. Generally, the Ravens are better at getting to the backfield than the 49ers. At the same time, they are disciplined. They can analyze and break down offensive plays quickly and they don't get out of position. One reason why the running game for the 49ers will be a big story. If the Niners can run effectively or at least get the short game going on first and second down, then their chances increase.

I'm going to take the Ravens in a tight game. The 49ers are a team that has defensive lapses early but scores late, and the Ravens are a team that struggles offensively early and defends well late. I think this game will come down to literally two or three big plays. It's a wild guess but I think the Ravens make two out of the three big plays. The 49ers will get the ball with 3 minutes left and drive toward the 25 or 30 yard line, where the Ravens will stop them and force Akers to kick it from about 40-45 yards out. He will miss. Ravens win 23-21.
