Johnny Manziel’s NFL Suspension Is Officially Over

Manziel, who is a free agent, had been suspended for the first four games of the season, but he is now eligible to immediately return to the field, according to CBS Sports.

The article says he has gotten himself back into shape... at least his body. Not sure about the mental ability to avoid the vices that send him into a downward spiral.

I may actually be able to muster a kernel of pity for any team in so dire straits, that they would resort to signing this buffoon

My guess is he'll be hearing a lot of crickets this time around.

For his sake, I hope he eventually gets the mental help he needs before something more tragic happens than wasting a load of talent and opportunity.

his NNFL suspension might be lifted, but what team is going to take a chance on him now?

Exactly. I doubt Dallas will take him, even Manziel wants to play in Dallas. I don't think any team wants him. Even the Packers didn't want him.

I think he'll get another NFL look if only a backup roll. Maybe with the Cardinals depending on Palmer's health. Leash may be very short wherever he may end up.

Maybe he can go play baseball with Tebow.

Now there would be a pair, but then again Tebow might help him, if there is any hope of him realizing he needs help.
