Nope... they cannot be. That was done in 2008.

They do still, if I'm not mistaken, have a chance to be the first TOTALLY winless team. The completely imperfect season.

They lost all 4 preseason games, and if they do go 0-16.. I'd say that makes them worse than the '08 Lions.. Because I'm pretty sure the Lions at least won a preseason game.

Yeah.. They won ALL their preseason games.

I will say.. The Browns have a fairly tough schedule for a bad team.. Who would you say they should have beaten this year?

The Titans, the Dolphins, maybe.. The Jets aren't great, so, they COULD have beaten them on a good day. Perhaps should have beaten the Redskins, but they're not a bad team. I think they might have a shot against the Bengals. And perhaps the Chargers who seem to just implode all the time.

They will go 0-16. No doubt about that.

I watched cleveland last night and they played a good first half as they led 7-6 but in the second half the defense fell apart and the offense could not get anything going because they lost the momentum.

They are certainly poised to go 0-16. But as always, any given Sunday.

Browns may well be go to 0-16 because of how awful they are this year. They won no preseason games and so far they have not been able to pick up their first win of the season.
