Similar to the Bills/Chargers game a couple of weeks ago, you will not be able to watch at least 2 playoffs games next week unless you're willing to pony up a nominal fee to the Peacock network (or if you're in the home viewing area).
No, both Saturday and Sunday night games are behind the paywall on Peafowl, I mean P-FAUL.
And buck/aikman are calling games for es*n.
This is what my wife and I heard Mike Tirico say on the pre-game before the Bills/Dolphins game (and the source for my original post). Since that time, I have heard conflicting reports so who knows. Ultimately the point is about the trend of televising of games on a PPV basis that were previously free to a national audience.
What I find amusing is the business model for Peacock is eerily similar to many companies that went bust during the dot com bubble (and I personally hope the same result ensues... It's all about the future expectations of income, but they haven't made a dime yet). The network has lost $2.8 billion dollars this year. I know they are dishing out $110 million for the exclusive rights to the KC game. Their goal is to dramatically increase their subs and retain the viewers that pay for the game. Their previous attempt at this was the Buf/LAC game a few weeks back. Their audience was less than the average Thursday night audience on Amazon Prime. And they conveniently concealed how many new subscribers they had (probably because a large contingency canceled right after the game or before a new monthly charge was incurred). The NFL has every right to do with their product as they see fit and viewers have the right to tune out if they feel they're being gouged.

Oh great, Aikman droning on about what someone "was able to do." Which is a long-winded and non-descriptive euphemism for "did."
The ESPN schedule only shows one Peacock game this week.
Yes - I am only hearing Chiefs/Dolphins are under the feathers.
